Website terms of use

01

General terms

Access to and utilization of the engineering product design documentation, schematic repositories, and associated technical datasets (collectively referred to as "the Assets") are strictly governed by these parameters. The Assets are provided exclusively for analytical, simulation, and pre-production validation phases.

Any deployment of the Assets in live production environments without prior authorization and rigorous secondary validation by a certified structural engineer is explicitly prohibited. Users assume full responsibility for the integration of provided technical specifications into their proprietary systems.

02

Intellectual property

All proprietary source files, high-fidelity CAD models (including but not limited to STEP, IGES, and native formats), finite element analysis (FEA) reports, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) datasets remain the exclusive intellectual property of the originating entity.

Reverse compilation, unauthorized geometric extraction, or direct replication of patented structural topologies is a violation of these terms. Licenses granted are non-transferable and restricted to internal evaluation unless superseded by a definitive enterprise agreement.

03

Service limitations

PCB tolerances

Printed circuit board design parameters are calibrated to standard multi-layer manufacturing constraints. Sub-millimeter trace impedance matching and high-frequency RF isolations require custom recalibration per specific foundry capabilities.

Mechanical stress

Simulation parameters for mechanical stress are based on idealized isotropic material properties. Actual yield strength and fatigue limits will deviate based on localized manufacturing defects and environmental thermal cycling.

04

Liability

In no event shall the providing entity be held liable for catastrophic failure, material degradation, or system unresponsiveness resulting from the implementation of these preliminary design concepts. The data is provided "AS IS" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific operational directive.
